David and Laura Miceli Tennessee Scholarship

The applicant must be a graduating student at a Tennessee high school, intending to pursue an undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university in the United States in the major of their choice. Special consideration should be given to graduating high school seniors from Van Buren and White Counties in Tennessee. The applicant must be a U.S. citizen in good academic standing, have a minimum unweighted current GPA of 3.25, and must demonstrate a commitment to community service, evidenced by a minimum of 40 hours of volunteer work completed within the 12-month period immediately prior to the date of submission of the scholarship application. Community service must be performed with a non-profit, charitable, civic, or community organization or program. Recipients may reapply for the scholarship each year but are not guaranteed the award. Applications will be processed through the NSDAR Scholarship Committee and recipients approved by the NSDAR Executive Committee.
